| Just received my custom watch and it is GORGEOUS. The photos online do not justify how well put together & detailed the watch is. The packaging is also very elegant and attractive which makes for a great gift or self indulgence :)

| I am always nervous buying items online - will it arrive, will it look like the picture. Yes the watch arrived it looked exactly like the picture - even better. I am very happy with my purchase and my husband was over the moon. He couldn't believe that it was made out of wood. The Customer Service representative was also very good. My colour choice was not immediately available and I was advised that I could make an alternative choice. As I wanted to stick to my original choice, Alisa was helpful and kept in contact with me - we moved house in the mean time and my details were updated. |
