How much does Shipping cost, and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is automatically calculated on the last screen of checkout (before you submit your credit card information).
Shipping for Wooden Watches starts at $15 for Canada Post Air (5-14 days without tracking), or $28 for Canada Express Post (3-5 Business Days with tracking). When ordering more than 1 watch, the shipping increases $5 for each additional watch. Most watches are made to order, and processed and shipped from British Columbia, Canada within 2-4 business days. US East Coast orders will take longer to arrive than West Coast orders. The shipping time quoted at checkout is the transit time only, therefore, you should add the processing time (2-4 business days) to this quote, to get an accurate guesstimate of when your order will arrive.
Wood Watch sales are final, as watches are guaranteed to arrive in good condition, and to be represented correctly on our website. If a watch does not seem to be functioning properly upon arrival, please refer the 2-Year Warranty material that came with your purchase, and notify us immediately.
