Yes, you can not only microwave , but also bake in your Polish Pottery Stoneware! In fact, it is the most superior bakeware we have ever found. Polish stoneware heats and cooks evenly, preventing burning. It is fired at an excess of 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, which makes it hard as stone, and non-porous. The special glaze on Polish Pottery makes cleanup a breeze--food almost never sticks to it, and you can literally just wipe it clean with a sponge (if you have dried food on it, fill it with water for 2 minutes, then wipe it clean)! Even better, you can put it in the dishwasher for hands-free cleanup. Like all stoneware, it is best to avoid sudden temperature changes (like putting your baker in a pre-heated oven), and always avoid soaking your pottery in a sink of water.
